Future of Women, Healthyish, and Broccoli Magazine invite you to join us for a morning of delicious food and candid conversation with some of our favorite women in NYC.

We are thrilled to be teaming up with Healthyish, a site from Bon Appétit about feel-good food and living, and Broccoli Magazine, an international magazine for cannabis lovers, to host our second NYC breakfast.

Join us on New York City's Lower East Side for a

Malaysian Breakfast at Kopitiam

Kopitiam, which means "coffee shop" in Hokkien, serves as a daily gathering space introducing visitors to Nyonya cuisine, primarily a hybrid of Chinese and Malay flavors that draws ingredients and techniques from both cultures along with sprinkles of influences from the Portuguese, Dutch, and British.

"Popping into Kopitiam for a bowl of Malaysia's national dish, nasi lemak (creamy cocounut rice topped with fried anchovies and a swoosh of fiery sambal), is now a NYC rite of passage."

– Bon Appétit

The goal of head chef and founder

Kyo Pang

a third-generation Baba Nyonya, and business partner/restaurateur Moonlynn Tsai, is to continually carry forward Pang’s family's recipes and preserve the fading tradition of cooking dishes the way her ancestors did.
